Changes

Valakus Weapon Skin

From All attacks are increased by 8% to 5%.
From All defences are increased by 10% in Act 4 to 8%.

Removed '' Chance of inflicting critical hits on Act 4 is increased by 10% '' on Grail's Wings.
Removed '' All defence powers are increased by 150 '' on Valakus' Fire Sword.
Removed '' Magic damage is increased by 5% '' on Katol's Wand.
Removed '' All Defence powers are increased by 100% '' on Flame of Ifrit.
